When is this shindig?
The 3rd Annual Northwest Tequila Fest will be held on August 9, 2014 at Phinney Neighborhood Center in Seattle. General Admission starts at 3pm, and the Fest ends at 8pm!
Is the event outside?
It sure is! We are taking advantage of the Seattle summertime, so be sure to bring sunscreen! We will keep you hydrated: bottled water will be provided.
How much does it cost?
Ticket prices will be released soon! Tickets go on sale May 5, 2014.
When should I show up?
General Admission starts at 3pm, VIP admission starts at 2pm.
What if I don’t drink?
Designated Driver tickets will be available at the front door the day of the festival for $10.
Will there be food available?
Yes! There will be tasty bites available for purchase at NW Tequila Fest from local restaurants.
I found a tequila I LOVE! Can I buy it here?
Yes! Be sure to check out our retail area, where you can purchase any of the tequila or mezcal represented at the Fest tax free.
Can I buy tickets now?
You can buy tickets at StrangerTickets.com when tickets site when tickets go on sale, May 5, 2014.
Is there anything besides tequila to drink?
Yes! In addition to over 130 tequila and mezcals, we also will have beer, cocktails, traditional mexican beverages and water available.
Can I bring the whole family?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate guests under 21. Please don’t make us card them. You can bring your four legged friend, if they promise to behave and don’t get too tipsy.
What is the difference in glassware?
When you buy your ticket, we will give you something to drink out of. Cool, eh? Our Blanco (General Admission) ticket will get you a plastic commemorative cup to enjoy your tequila and mezcal in. If you upgrade to one our VIP packages, you will get a Glencairn Glass, which is excellent choice for tasting spirits.
I heard this event is for charity, is that true?
It is! Northwest Tequila Fest is a benefit for the Benevolent Guild of Seattle, who’s mission is committed exclusively to assisting children, charities, and support groups in the Puget Sound area. Visit: seattlebenevolentguild.org
